سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
التمر منتج غذائي، لذلك نحرص على أن يصلك سليماً وبالجودة التي تتوقعها.
متى نستبدل أو نسترد
- إذا وصل الطلب متضرراً، أو مختلفاً عمّا طلبت (الحجم أو الوزن)، أو فيه مشكلة في الجودة.
- أبلغنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من الاستلام مع صورة للعلبة والتمر، على البريد أو الهاتف أدناه.
- نرسل لك بديلاً بلا تكلفة، أو نعيد لك المبلغ كاملاً، حسب ما تفضّل.
ما لا نسترجعه
- لأسباب صحية، لا نقبل إرجاع التمر بعد استلامه لغير الأسباب المذكورة أعلاه.
- التلف الناتج عن سوء التخزين بعد الاستلام.
إلغاء الطلب
- يمكنك إلغاء طلبك مجاناً في أي وقت قبل خروجه للتوصيل، بالاتصال بنا أو مراسلتنا.
استرداد المبلغ
- بما أن الدفع عند الاستلام، نعيد المبلغ نقداً أو بتحويل بنكي خلال ٧ أيام من موافقتنا على الطلب.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Dates are a food product, so we make sure they reach you in perfect condition and at the quality you expect.
When we replace or refund
- If your order arrives damaged, different from what you ordered (size or weight), or with a quality problem.
- Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo of the box and the dates, by email or phone below.
- We will send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full, as you prefer.
What we cannot take back
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of dates after delivery for any other reason.
- Damage caused by storage after delivery.
Cancelling an order
- You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order leaves for delivery. Just call or email us.
Refunds
- As you pay on delivery, refunds are made in cash or by bank transfer within 7 days of approval.
